Where to write
All requests to the administration go through the forum: open a topic in the right section (general, support, reports, suggestions). Nothing gets lost, replies are visible to everyone, and the community often helps faster than DMs.
We do not accept requests by email for now — we will announce if that changes on the site and forum. Today the only official channel for staff matters is the forum. We do not use social DMs for official requests.
